    offer and services of our restaurant. You hereby enter into an agreement with our restaurant and

Rights and Obligations

  1. 2.1. Without prejudice to the following articles, our restaurant is obliged under the ho reca

    services to a guest if the guest violates the house rules and/or code of conduct or otherwise behaves
    in such a way that the order and tranquility in the restaurant, or in the vicinity is disrupted. The

    the power to terminate an agreement due to disruption, the restaurant will not be liable for any
    compensation to the customer .
  3. 2.3. Our restaurant is not obliged to receive and / or take into custody any goods of the guest. Our
    restaurant is not responsible and/ or liable for damages, loss, or theft of any goods of the guest.
  4. 2.4. The guest is obliged to adhere to the applicable house and conduct rules and to follow the
    reasonable instructions of our restaurant.
  5. 2.5. The guest is obliged to cooperate with reasonable requests in accordance with legal obligations
    regarding safety, identification, hygiene and prevention of public nuisance.


  1. 3.1. If the guests have not arrived within half an hour after the reserved time, the reservation can be
    considered cancelled.

  1. 4.1. Delivery costs are charged for delivery of an order, which are indicated when ordering. The
    prices stated on the website do not include the costs for delivery.

  3. 4.3. Although we strive for a delivery of your order within 45 minutes to the address you want, there
    are always circumstances, such as weather and traffic, that can contribute to this indication not being

  5. 4.5. If the customer chooses to deliver, the customer must provide correct contact details and be
    present at the delivery address. If customer is not at the address and unreachable, the product will
    be returned to the restaurant where customer can pick up within reasonable time, if not, customer
    is not entitled to replacement or refund.
  6. 4.6. If the order is not to your liking (for example because the order does not correspond to what you
    ordered), the customer must contact our restaurant by telephone as soon as possible. In consultation
    with our restaurant, you may receive compensation up to the maximum amount paid.
  7. 4.7. Our restaurant reserves the right to refuse and cancel an order if the offer is no longer available,
    if there is reasonable doubt about the accuracy or authenticity of the order or the contact details, in
    case of force majeure and without having to give the reason. The amount already paid will then be
    refunded to your account.


  1. 5.1. If a customer is allergic to certain foods, we recommend that you consult allergy information at
    our restaurant and on our website or contact our restaurant by phone.


  1. 6. 1. Customers owe fees for consumption and services they have enjoyed while visiting our
    restaurant. It is mandatory to pay before leaving the restaurant. You can pay by pin or cash at the
    counter in the restaurant.
  2. 6.2. By delivery, prior payment is possible via the payment methods offered on our website. If online
    payment is not possible or if you prefer payment on delivery, you can also pay appropriately to the
    delivery person.
  3. 6.3. Payments via the website are processed by Buckaroo, which takes care of the payment to our
    restaurant. Your order cannot be cancelled.

Intellectual property rights

  1. 7.1. All intellectual property rights relating to our restaurant, the website, and the products of our
    restaurant, including packaging and advertising material, are vested exclusively in our restaurant and
    its suppliers. This includes patent rights, trademark rights, trade name rights, database rights, design
    rights, domain names and other intellectual property rights (including know-how and trade secrets)
    in the Netherlands or elsewhere, which are related to our restaurant, the content of the website
    and/or the products supplied, including packaging/advertising material. It is not permitted to change,
    copy, otherwise (re)use or remove the trademarks or identification marks on the website, products,
    packaging or advertising material, or any indications regarding copyrights, trade names or other
    intellectual property rights, nor to modify or imitate the website or any parts thereof, nor to damage
    or take unjustified advantage of the reputation of the Intellectual property rights of our restaurant
    and its suppliers.


  1. 8.1. The total liability of our restaurant for an attributable shortcoming in the performance of an
    agreement or for any other reason whatsoever, is limited to the amount paid by the customer.
  2. 8.2. Ons restaurant is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, missed
    savings and immaterial damage.
  3. 8.3. The customer and the guest and those accompanying him are jointly liable for all damages that
    are and/or will arise for the restaurant and/or any third party as a direct or indirect result of an
    attributable shortcoming and/or unlawful act, including violation of the house rules, committed by
    the customer and/or the guest and/or the person accompanying him.

Complaints procedure

  1. 9.1. If you have any complaint about our restaurant, services, visit to our restaurant, our products,
    your order or the delivery thereof, we kindly request you to submit it directly via our contact form or
    e-mail address on our website. We will process your complaint and contact you as soon as possible to
    provide feedback on the findings.

Applicable law

  1. 10.1. By visiting our restaurant or our website, you automatically accept these terms and conditions,
    which also apply to any future visits, unless the conditions have changed.
  2. 10.2. Our Restaurant reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time. We
    therefore recommend that you consult the conditions again on a subsequent visit or order.
